Electric control valve is an important execution unit instrument in industrial automation process control. With the increasing degree of automation in the industrial field, it is being applied more and more in various industrial production fields. Compared with traditional pneumatic control valves, electric control valves have obvious advantages: they are energy-saving (only consume electricity during operation), environmentally friendly (no carbon emissions), and easy to install (no need for complex pneumatic pipelines and air pump workstations). Valves are classified into three types based on their function and characteristics, namely linear characteristics, proportional characteristics, and parabolic characteristics, according to the power used by the actuator they are equipped with.
